1. Acceptance of Terms & Institutional Scope
By accessing or subscribing to ReguLex.uk, including the Practice Compliance Cockpit, Form RP07 Eviction Hub, Section 1000 Objection Generator, or Director IDV Client Portal, you ("the Practice", "the Licensee") agree to be bound by these Master Practice Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a partnership or limited company, you represent that you possess the requisite authority to bind the firm.
2. Statutory Intelligence & No Legal Advice Warranty
ReguLex is an automated statutory intelligence and risk monitoring system. While our documentation kits, Form RP07 eviction applications, and Section 1000 stay notices are engineered in strict accordance with statutory standards (including the Companies Act 2006 and ECCTA 2023), ReguLex is not a law firm and the transmission of automated documents does not constitute formal legal counsel. Appointed partners must exercise their professional judgment when submitting representations to the Registrar of Companies.
3. Registrar Discretionary Authority Disclaimer
Submissions filed with HM Companies House (including objections under CA 2006 s.1000(4) and Form RP07 address removal notices under s.1097A) are adjudicated exclusively by the Registrar of Companies for England & Wales in Cardiff. ReguLex guarantees procedural fidelity and statutory ground precision, but does not warrant that the Registrar will grant discretionary stays where underlying annual returns remain unrectified.
4. Practice Sentinel Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellations
Access to the Practice Sentinel Enterprise Suite is provisioned on either a monthly or annual subscription cadence. Annual licenses include full access to the Client Advisory Billing Engine and priority Registrar dispatch packs. Subscriptions renew automatically at the conclusion of each billing period unless cancelled via the practice settings desk or by providing written notice to [email protected] at least 14 days prior to renewal.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of England and Wales, ReguLex shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost practice fee recovery or bank freeze damages resulting from third-party registry latency. Our aggregate commercial liability under any claim shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by the practice in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
